How do I get started with your coaching services?
To get started with our coaching services, first, visit our Services page to select a package that best suits your needs. After purchasing the package, you will receive an email with a calendar link to book an introduction call with your coach. During this call, your coach will gather all necessary information about your needs and background to create a personalized training plan.
Can you create a training plan for beginners?
Yes, we create training plans for athletes of all levels, including beginners. Our coaches will tailor your training plan to your current fitness level, goals, and schedule, ensuring that it’s appropriate for your experience and abilities.
What kind of communication can I expect with my coach?
The frequency and type of communication depend on the package you’ve chosen. Basic Package clients receive email support once per week and one video call per month. Premium Package clients receive bi-weekly video calls and weekly email check-ins. Gold Package clients have unlimited access to video calls and receive email support as often as needed.

We believe in close communication, monitoring, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and adapt training plans as needed. Technique Analysis
How does the technique analysis work?
Technique analysis involves assessing your swim, bike, and run form through video analysis. You will need to provide videos of yourself performing the relevant sports, and your coach will analyze your technique, provide feedback, and suggest specific drills or exercises to improve your form.
How often will my technique be analyzed and adjusted?
The frequency of technique analysis depends on the package you’ve chosen and your specific needs. Basic Package clients can receive analysis up to once per month if needed. Premium Package clients can receive up to two analyses per month as required. Gold Package clients receive unlimited analysis and adjustments to their technique, based on their individual requirements and progress.

What is metabolic profiling?
Metabolic profiling is the process of evaluating an athlete’s current fitness and progress by analyzing various physiological markers, such as lactate levels, heart rate, and Functional Threshold Power. This information helps coaches design more effective training plans and optimize an athlete’s performance.
How can metabolic profiling help improve my performance?
Metabolic profiling provides valuable insights into your unique physiological characteristics, allowing your coach to create a more personalized and effective training plan. By understanding your metabolic profile, your coach can determine the most appropriate training zones, intensity, and duration of workouts, leading to more efficient training and improved performance.

How do I get started with a training plan after purchasing a package?
After purchasing a package, you will receive an email with a calendar link to book an introduction call with your coach. During this call, your coach will gather all necessary information about your needs and background to create a personalized training plan.
How will I access my training plan?
Your training plan will be uploaded to the TrainingPeaks platform. You will need to create a TrainingPeaks account if you don’t already have one, and add me as your coach to access your workouts and track your progress.
Is the TrainingPeaks account included in the package price?
The TrainingPeaks Basic account is free and can be used with any of our coaching packages. If you purchase the Premium or Gold package, we will provide you with a complimentary TrainingPeaks Premium subscription, which offers additional features and benefits. Otherwise, you can choose to upgrade to a TrainingPeaks Premium account at your own expense, depending on your preferences and needs.

How often will my training plan be updated?
The frequency of training plan updates depends on the package you have purchased. Basic Package clients receive a new plan every month with no adjustments, Premium Package clients receive a new plan every two weeks with no adjustments, and Gold Package clients receive a new plan every week with adjustments made through daily emails.
Updating your training plan more frequently provides you with greater flexibility and the ability to adapt to unexpected events, such as working trips, unscheduled missed days of training, illness, and more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment service provider. Stripe uses the latest encryption technology to ensure your payment information is protected at all times.
Can I change or cancel my package after purchasing it?
If you need to change or cancel your package after purchasing it, please contact your coach as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will work with you to find the best solution based on your needs and circumstances.
Do you offer discounts for purchasing longer-duration packages?
Yes, we offer discounts for purchasing 3-month and 6-month packages. The discounted prices are listed on our Services page.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the coaching services?
